Management instructs employees to just leave certifieds in customers’ mailboxes. Employees feel they have to follow their corrupt management because their jobs are threatened, especially when they’re a CCA.

Talk about being harassment, regarding seeing your vehicle badly wrecked prior to you coming to work. Then, a person gets harrased because they refuse to drive an unsafe vehicle.

Also, dealing with current stewards harassing them as well.

When you do, you get targeted. What’s your advice on that? Then, they become targeted when you deal with hostile management, and now stewards that aren’t representing us fairly. What do we do??? Also, if they’re affiliated with you when you’re trying to help them, then they get harassment from management and deal with workplace violence??
